Skills required:
Strong SEO skills (off-page and on-page including detailed keywords research)
A good understanding of all aspects of on-site and off-site SEO
Social Media Optimization knowledge and experience
Good copywriting and grammar skills for cross-checking the content written.
Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
Strong understanding of latest Google algorithms
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Experience using Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics
Familiarity with other aspects of digital marketing
