NOW HR Hiring for Compliance Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

A leading energy company in Dubai is urgently looking for a “Compliance Manager” with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and experience related to Compliance control functions gained at a recognized organization(s) with a minimum of 3-5 years. Candidates with a background in compliance roles for non-financial institutions are preferred.

Minimum Academic Qualification: Bachelors or equivalent professional qualification

Other: Strong communication skills both written and oral. Leadership and management skills necessary to ensure that they can command the professional respect of the company’s management team and can report independently to the company’s board and the Group Compliance Department without hesitation or influence of colleagues.

Compliance Role:

– KYC and other background checks on every client and counterparty doing business with the Organization.
– Ensure that all the Group Compliance policies including AML and Anti Bribery Policy are implemented at all departments and all staff members are kept up to date and trained on compliance matters.
– Coordinate and consult with the Company’s management, Group Legal and other relevant departments on compliance related matters on commercial agreements with external counterparts and clients.
– Report in a timely fashion any compliance breach to the Company’s Board and Group Compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED20,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
