Job Summary.

The position directly relates to Sales and Marketing activities within the NOV WellSite Services Division in the Middle East, North Africa and India Region. Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution to grow revenues and business on continuous basis.

The Regional Sales Manager must maintain a sound working relationship with other managers within the organisation and p rovide Sales /Marketing support / assistance and advise within the region as required with particular emphasis on:

• Introduction of new product lines/services to existing markets.
• Develop new geographical areas within the region.
• Interface between sales support functions from our main office in Houston and Conroe, TX and our region.
• Liaison with engineering department for technical queries and proposal development.
• Promotion and implementation of training at all levels of our organization.
• Provide Support as required to other WSS locations.
• Travel to any country and/or region depending on operational needs.
• Support on preparation of annual budget plans and updates.
• Provide accurate forecast support.
• Help and Support operations on maintaining adequate levels of inventory in each country of operation.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of tender for projects across the region.
• Liaise with different stakeholders internally such as Legal, finance, credit, Tax, compliance departments of NOV to ensure all policies and procedures are always followed.
• Extensive travelling is expected.
• Engage in any other activity within his / her capability as requested by line management.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

Essential:

• Extensive experience of offshore and onshore drilling operations, activities, equipment and use of same.
• Understanding of WellSite Services products and services and how they can be best utilised.
• Knowledge of the region and local culture.
• Full understanding of NOV policies and adhere to them at all times.
