One who has the personality to deal with multiple stakeholders, influence and guide them and co-ordinate regional events.The Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in assisting the management by providing general support services across the functions in India. Services include support for HR, compliance, Legal and Purchasing functions whilst being responsible for the overall day to day running of the office. The main objective is to provide administration support across the India office whilst being the direct link and first point of contact for the functions as identified.This person will ensure the day-to-day activities are processed efficiently and deadlines are met in accordance to the stakeholder needs. To ensure business travel needs are taken care efficiently and to monitor and ensure the administration team works cohesively while attending to various operational needs of each department.Responsibilities :Ensuring Office facilities are well-maintained, facility is clean and maintained, oversee any renovation, refurbishments and office projectsForecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility managementOffice budget management and cost effectivenessManage and Renewal of service Annual Maintenance contracts (AMC)To ensure all employees are adhere to complianceEnsure Timely payments to vendorsAccountable for all office Administration task such as Travel & Accommodation etc.Responsible for carrying out events and activities for employee engagementRenewal of agreements for office equipments, office supplies, office services, Travel contracts, car lease contracts, etc and keeping all agreements/contract upto dateCoordination with Building Management for smooth office operationsTo work with NPR/procurement team for contracts and agreements renewalsProvide support to HR Business Partner during recruitment and joining of new employeesJob Requirements: A graduate degree holderPrevious office admin management experience of least 5 yearsArticulate and well accustomed to a client facing roleWillingness and ability to travelNegotiation skillsAbout Nouryon:We are a global specialty chemicals leader.
