With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.This role is for a key managerial position within noon’s latest venture, noon Minutes, which targets to establish itself as the dominant Q-Commerce player in MENA. The Ops team is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of noon Minutes strategy across the region. The role requires the candidate to hold multiple responsibilities, ensure collaboration across functions, and oversee the end-to-end daily performance of a city/cluster of stores.Play a pivotal role in scaling up noon MinutesEnsure adherence to SOPsImplement process improvements to boost the efficiency of Minutes’ operationsManage end-to-end Ops KPIs of a city/clusterBe the Ops POC for any matter related to your city/clusterWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in a related and competitive field from a top university (e.g. engineering, management)5+ years’ work experience in a related industry (e.g. E-commerce, Q-commerce)Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to analyze data and generateinsights to drive process improvementsGreat problem-solving skills, with a strong track record of finding unique solutions to overcome difficultchallengesAbility to quickly absorb new information, simplify and break down issues, and structure tailored solutionsto solve them.Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skillsAptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing resultsWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
