What we need:
We are currently recruiting for
Human Resource Business Partner for Middle East Asia,
who will lead the People, Culture, and Communication activities for concerned BU/EF/Region and be the first point of contact with the relevant heads and employees for all PCC related requests and initiatives; and who will be accountable to ensure HR initiatives are designed meeting business needs and are properly deployed in their respective BU/EF/Region.
Who will fit:
- Who has a minimum experience of 10 years in the Human resources field with a minimum of 5 years as HRBP in a complex matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, psychology, or any other related discipline
- CIPD or SHRM or any relevant certification is highly preferred
