The team you’ll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join Nokia. The Executive Assistant is responsible for personal assistance to C-level, which includes proper care taking of calendar and time management. Seeks, updates and provides information, screens incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizes and responds as appropriate. Organizes meetings, meeting facilities and takes care of the follow-up activities (e.g. distributes meeting minutes and presentation materials).
Your skills and experience
You have:
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools, MS Teams, Concur, SRM, and Taleo
• This job typically requires a degree (AA, AS, BA, BS) in business or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing critical tasks and following-up on less critical tasks later.
• Able to works independently, as well as a team player and is highly organized
• Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
