NMC Healthcare Hiring for Data Entry Operator Job at Dubai Full Time

Description – External & Internal

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving all incoming medicines from suppliers.
• Checking the received quantity, billed quantity, expiry date of the medicines.
• Entering all the items received in the system and bar coding.
• Ensuring that the ministry price is strictly followed and changing the price in the system when Ministry of Health declares change in price.
• Submitting credit memos to accounts department on daily basis after verification.
• Checking and filing of purchase bills, transfer memo outward and inward bills.
• Checking the previous days refund memos and cancelled memos.
• Checking the inward and outward transfers to/ from Other branches
• Checking the monthly inward/ outward statements and sending report to branches and keeping record for the verification of internal and external auditors.
• Helping auditors by providing the required data on time and helping them in physical stock verification.
• Providing the month end report of OP pharmacy transactions to main accounts.
• Taking part in stock inventory.
• Monitoring and checking of all the pending credit bills of the pharmacist to ensure that all the bills are forwarded to the accounts department.
• Updating the details of new doctors and new insurance companies in the system.
• Performs specialty pharmacy activities, as delegated, and trained.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties, as directed by the chief pharmacist.
• To follow appropriate international guidelines, DHA regulations & Joint Commission International norms while treating or managing patients as well as while discharging their professional duties.

Qualifications – External &Internal

Qualification, Licensure, Education, Experience, Special Skills:

• Education and training. The academic qualification required is a Bachelor degree.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
• Must have basic knowledge in computer operating systems, MS office.
• Thorough knowledge of company policies applicable to the area of work.
• Good command of English. Arabic is desirable but not essential.
