Accounting of packaging materials from the supplier entering the warehouse to materials delivered to production then to received returned materials from production.
➢ To monitor and check the activities and inventory of packaging materials.
➢ To document all activities of packaging materials from receiving the invoices from supplier, document transfers of materials in the production and other necessary documents involving the packaging materials.
➢ To gather all data needed in the system using the software application used by the company to systemize the process of the business.
➢ To record and file all transactions & documents for packaging materials. (Invoices & Transfers)
➢ To create tables, templates and other statistical data for packaging materials.
➢ To check if the warehouse is complying on the company standards
. ➢ To help the Warehouse keeper giving strategies and planning to organize and manage the warehouse for the compliance of company standards.
➢ Maintain good housekeeping and follow standards.
➢ Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
➢ Responsible to follow IMS standard.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED1,300.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
