Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team. The Real Estate Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training as needed.2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and capitalize on new business opportunities.3. Oversee the acquisition of new clients and leads through prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, guidance, and personalized service throughout the sales process.5. Monitor and analyze team performance against sales targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and results.6. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and professional growth.7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.8. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.9.
