Interior Architect
Job Location : UAE
Job Responsibility:
• Check the current regulations for each area in Dubai affecting the projects and make sure our design is in compliance with authorities regulations
• Prepare all required drawings and documents needed for each project and share it with authorities
• Coordinate with the required trades such as Structural design, MEP… to insure compliance with authorities.
• Coordination with key people in regulatory bodies such as Dubai Municipality, CED-Trakhees, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, and Nakheel
• Approvals process tracking, from project start to building permit, helping clients through each step
• Application for approvals early in a project’s timeline, where possible
• Daily and weekly followups with inhouse team to complete missing designs/inquiries
• Working to ensure correct permit execution
• Direct assistance to project managers from the start of the project regarding various issues during site work
Job Details :
• Previous experience in Interior and Furniture company a must; minimum experience of 5 years
• Flexible work schedules are a must
• BSC in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college Dealing with banks, suppliers and auditors with relation to the accounting function
