• Coordination of planning, design and engineering of lighting systems
• Creation of technical documentation such as 2D/3D layout plans and detail schemes, block circuit diagrams, schedules and other relevant
• Support in creating of work programmes and project schedules
• Planning and execution of internal and external project meetings
• Quality and budget control
• Coordination of design & engineering with clients and subcontractors
• Coordination, collaboration and cooperation with project management, construction management, procurement & logistics
• Continuous project reporting
• Write lighting plots to outline when lighting changes occur and how the lighting changes are executed
• Make strategic lighting-oriented purchases that align with the budget and production’s needs
• Attend technical rehearsals to ensure lighting choices are correct, making adjustments as needed
• Oversee lighting during the production’s run

• Experience with various lighting tools (fixtures, riggings, dimmers, gels, etc.)
• Experience with lighting consoles
• Theatrical and stage design experience
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
• A keen attention-to-detail
• Technical skills
• The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• AV industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Vektorworks is an advantage
