You are responsible for leading and managing our internal software development and implementation projects. These include but are not limited to ERP systems, project management software’s and engineering tools.

• Collaborate: Working in collaboration with functional managers and other project stakeholders, you will lead software projects from initiation through to completion and ensure that deadlines and requirements are met.
• Coordinate: Define and clarify user stories. Build and groom product backlogs. Drive software development and implementation process.
• Communicate: Manage communication of progress to internal and external stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary. Document all key decisions, scope changes, personnel updates, risks, issues and mitigation procedures. Contribute to writing and reviewing Statements of Work and Change Orders as needed.
• Evaluate: Manage scope, review project status, and understand how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder-satisfaction goals and objectives. Identify and manage risks.
• Quality: Maintain the functional quality of the work being delivered by setting and evaluating expectations and acceptance criteria.
• Improve: Actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving. Identify areas where the product can be improved.
• Lead: Develop, manage, and execute software development and implementation project plans, drive cross-functional team deliverables and schedules, and see projects through to completion. Provide definitive direction to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy ensuring on-time delivery, and within budget. Lead, coach, and mentor project team members.
• Leverage: Use project management tools and processes to keep the budget and timeline on track.
• Implement: Lead and manage the software implementation process from user trainings to user feedback and software improvement.

• 8+ years of experience managing software development projects
• Strong knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Direct, hands-on experience with writing user stories, grooming product backlogs, and coordinating and prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Experience in developing and monitoring acceptance criteria.
• Must be a great listener. Strong at processing input from all stakeholders and converting into action items.
• Effective team leader; ability to work closely, confidently and collaboratively with intercultural teams with strong assertiveness and commitment
• Excellent English communication skills that are consistent, effective and efficient both written and oral communication
• A professional appearance, intercultural & major social skills and a creative intuition will complete your profile.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Must have a passion for technology in general and eager to learn how new emerging technologies can impact businesses and consumers.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and ERP Systems is a strong plus.
• Experience in the field of audio-visual technology, construction or engineering is a strong plus.
