The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering and directing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and friendly mannerGreet Body Shop guests and other customers, and address their basic inquiriesEnsure staff receive requests and messages in a timely mannerPerform other related administrative tasks as requested by management, such as receiving customer paymentsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess a professional attitude, strong computer skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and knowledge of QuickBooks. They must also be a team player willing to engage in a customer-focused environment.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.We offer a full-time and permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will work a standard 9 am to 5 pm shift, Monday to Friday.
