POSITION SUMMARY
Nespresso UAE is looking to hire a Retail & Trade Marketing Specialist, who will play a pivotal role in elevating brand’s visibility and consumer experience in both retail and trade sectors. Responsible for implementing the retail and trade marketing strategy, maximizing Nespresso’s trade visibility, enhancing the boutique consumer experience, and effectively increases consumer acquisition. This dynamic position collaborates across departments, manages budgets, and brings innovation and strategic insights to the forefront.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Implement the retail marketing strategy based on area insights:
Plan, coordinate and implement the marketing plan for boutiques
Drive effective communication within boutiques (E.g., Briefings, community platform)
Manage budgets of boutique Deco and Visual merchandising within boutiques
Coordinate the evaluation of Boutiques and debrief Head Quarters and marketing on Boutique needs and requirements.
Implement the trade Marketing Strategy based on area insights:
Order, translate, execute, and follow up on all trade documents & materials
Organize, coordinate, and follow up on briefing and meetings with the commercial team and Nespresso Suppliers to merchandise and pick up all trade material within the deadlines, and organize the internal trade marketing related information flow.
Organize, develop, and follow up on all special operations and trade advertisements during promo periods with Nespresso creative agencies.
Communicate all information about promotions and launches to the commercial team and deliver materials to key account managers.
Coordinate the local stock of all trade material, to keep stocking costs as low as possible while ensuring its on-time availability.
Coordinate the POSM activities from ordering until implementation
Coordinate all defects and handyman rounds in collaboration with commercial team
Manage budgets of trade marketing .
Maximize trade visibility in the assigned business area:
Coordinate local trade marketing activities and projects delegated by Head Quarters
Develop and implement the annual Trade Marketing plans in close collaboration with the Nespresso Sales Managers, Key Account Managers & Key Accounts.
Develop and implement the on-and offline path to purchase in line with the consumer experience strategy and in close collaboration with the commercial department
Design innovative tools to enhance trade visibility based on insights extracted from competition, market, and consumer analysis, in close collaboration with Data & Insights
Maximize the retail experience in the assigned business area
Coordinate and implement visual merchandising at boutiques both permanent and temporary
Manage and develop the visual merchandising community e.g., empower the community to create best practices to further develop knowledge of Visual merchandising as a Sales Tool
Coordinate and implement the boutique opening campaigns.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Retail & Trade Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with best practices in retail and trade marketing to ensure successful strategy implementation.
Budget Management: Proficiency in managing budgets, especially for visual merchandising and trade marketing.
Communication Skills: Ability to ensure smooth communication within boutiques and with key stakeholders.
Collaboration: Ability for close collaboration with departments like Sales, Key Account Management, Data & Insights, and more.
Soft Skills:
Attention to Detail: Given the coordination of various materials, promotions, and launches.
Proactiveness: Take initiatives in designing innovative tools for trade visibility and optimizing the retail experience.
Adaptability: Ability to work seamlessly within a dynamic retail environment, adapting to changing consumer trends and market insights.
Education:
University degree in marketing or communications
Professional experience:
1-2 years working experience in a marketing, trade, or retail
