Job Description
- Communicate via chat/call with users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction.
- Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
- Managing and motivating other staff providing customer services
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 02 years of professional experience.
- Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in the relevant field.
- Must be ready to Relocate in Canada.
