Poste et missions
KEY BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify the relevant information required to satisfy the bank’s KYC and due diligence processes and policies
- Collect documentation required for the onboarding and KYC revision processes for both existing and new clients of the branch
- Liaise with compliance and revision teams to ensure timely completion of KYC process
- Manage status of new onboardings and renewal cases while maintaining detailed records of ongoing progress
- Prepare KYB and client account opening, business activity analyses, AML (“Anti-Money Laundering”) and SDD (“Sanctions Due Diligence”) forms
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, compliance officers and other stakeholders involved in the execution of the KYC process to ensure completion is in accordance with internal policies and quality standards
- Strict adherence to timelines required for KYC completion of new onboardings and renewal cases
- Support relevant teams on adhoc tasks related to KYC / KYB / AML procedures
CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with the bank’s regional internal controls put in place to guide the execution of KYC/KYB Processes. This includes the regulatory, compliance, legal and suitability framework for transacting with clients in these sectors (e.g., onboarding and KYC)
LEGAL AND REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Dubai Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud, including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence

- Coverage, Investment Banking, Global Markets, Infrastructure Finance and Global Trade teams in the branch
- Middle Office, Compliance, Legal
- Paris HO and KYC/KYB teams in Algiers / Porto
KEY EXTERNAL CONTACTS
Predominantly contacts with clients or their representative agents
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French and Arabic is an advantage)
- Knowledge in use of Microsoft Word & Excel as well as Customer Lifecycle Management software

Primary responsibility will be to support various front office teams at Natixis Dubai in conducting the necessary due diligence process needed to fulfill the bank’s KYC (“Know your customer”) / KYB (“Know your Business”) requirements.
