Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming leads from Digital campaigns.
2. Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc.
3. Engage in customer events to Build a strong rapport with sellers & buyers.
4. Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
5. Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
6. Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
7. Maintain a strong level of market competition awareness.
8. Maintain needed skills for paper work & work-related logistics, including CRM.
9. Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
10. Explain contracts, legalities, address all concerns, and close deals.
