Job Summary

Strong exposure in dealing with different level of stakeholders within a large, fast-paced environment is necessary. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work autonomously, be a self-starter and have an attitude of “getting things done”. This role will provide an opportunity for occasional travel (globally) as well as access to globally recognised qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Management Teams to ensure complete visibility and understanding of programme KPI’s and quality performance measurements.
• Ensures records, practices, and processes of competency system stakeholders align with standards set by awarding bodies and NOV
• Review and update competency materials in line with the needs of the business.
• Help to maintain and develop the NOV competency system.
• Act as a Workplace Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer.
• Monitor record and analyse the effectiveness of competency training programs.
• Active support and development of assessors and sites within NOV CMS.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Professional work experience in the area of competency, training, or employee development
• Relevant education background
• Working as part of the team and championing / collaborating in different projects.
