Job Summary.

As Administration Manager you will be responsible for managing the administrative teams’ and ensuring that daily operations support is performed in a seamless and efficient manner.

You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative tasks and duties to support aftermarket operations, and plan for the most productive and efficient utilization of these resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Manage schedules, and deadlines and allocate responsibilities
• Seek team involvement, creativity, and respect for others and their ideas
• Assess staff performance, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure adequate flow of information within the team to facilitate other business operations
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems
• Encourage professionalism
• Identify process bottlenecks and offer solutions for improvement
• Develops and implements policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
• Carry out any other relevant duties as required

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with MNC
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within an administrative team
• Scheduling & Planning
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience
• Managed a team and/or projects
• Very good understanding of office management processes
• Involved in the Business Process Alignment (BPA)
• Proficiency in ERP and NOV Rig Technologies Systems(i.e. Tracker2, Rig Office, Glovia, JDE etc) – desirable.
• Oil and Gas experience highly preferred
