Job Description :
• Supporting employees in obtaining work permits, their placement.
• Supervising UAE labor law issues.
• Drafting shareholder, corporate, and investment agreements.
• Drafting of standard documents for a group of companies in UAE.
• Obtaining licenses, and approvals necessary for the operation of restaurants in the UAE.
• Corporate work on companies (registration of companies, changes, etc.).
• Supervision of the restaurant opening project (full cycle: lease agreement, construction, operation).
• Taxation issues of a group of companies in Dubai, copyright, etc.
• Corporate structuring issues, development of corporate operating structures of companies in UAE.
• Legal work out of new areas of the company’s business.
• Preparation of legal opinions.
• Litigation and claims work (including labour disputes).
• Other issues within the lawyers competence.
