Our client is a French luxury floral brand with retail stores, in the Dubai Mall. They are looking for an experience Store Manager or Asst. Store manager with experience managing a ‘Luxury Retail Brand’s’ store.

Job Description
- Monitor & report on employee’s respect of the daily working hours planning schedule
- Ensure that all employees in the store respect company policy, uniform and personal appearance policy
- Manage and allocate duties to store employees
- Train employees on the best customer service practice
- Manage and train employees to use POS retail solution
- Provide daily reports to the head management and report on any discrepancy
- Confer with clients regarding desired flowers arrangements and prices
- As much as possible, support with creating arrangements according to client’s requirements and in respect of the company standard design patterns
- Support with selection of flowers and foliage for arrangements, working with numerous combinations to synthesize and develop new creations as requested by the store manager
- Monits the store inventory and report to the head management on the shortage of inventory, to enable the placement of orders to purchase flowers and supplies from wholesalers and growers
- As much as possible support with the creation and change of in-store and window displays, designs and looks to enhance the store’s image
- Manage all store operations under the strict respect of the store management guidelines
Required Skills:
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Leadership Skills
- Fluency in English & Arabic

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
