Nathan & Nathan HR Hiring for Sales Executive Officer Job at Dubai

Our client is a Saudi-based company operating in multiple lines of business. They are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive Officer to help maximize the company’s sales potential related to their food packaging products and will be based in their Dubai office.

The Sales Executive Officer will work closely with different divisions from a team of Sales and Supply Chain Department, to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans, and identify contracts goals, research methods, variables, and other test parameters. Achieving annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• A minimum of three years’ successful field sales experience within food/catering packaging.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills
• Dedication to providing great customer service

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with clients, creating sales leads, exploring new opportunities to reach sales goals, and following through to complete the sales cycle.
• Tenders/bids management in food/catering packaging RFQ.
• Identifying and approaching the key partners in the GCC and MENA.
• Identifying opportunities for new products
• A market analysis covering the clients, competition, development, and more
• Provide information for monthly reporting on new business, price changes, profit improvement.
• A strong personal network of contacts within the food and packaging service sector
• Navigating internally to ensure customer satisfaction KPIs are met.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Take initiatives and work independently to meet sales goals.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding KPI, sales, and margin targets.
• Promoting the organization and products.

Work Location: JLT
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
Working Days: 5 days/week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• field sales within food/catering packaging: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Required)
