Nathan & Nathan HR Hiring for Receptionist Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.

Only candidates who are on a family-sponsored visa and immediately available will be considered.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and prioritizing
• Dependability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
