About the job Accountant
Our client who is a real estate developer is looking to hire an Accountant to join their Dubai team who can start immediately. The accountant will handle the accounting functions of new real estate development projects and of properties under management.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Post-graduate/MBA with 5 years experience with couple of years experiences in Real estate industry (mandatory)
- Experience: Good accounting skills, audit and internal control skills especially in the real estate industry
- Software: Knowledge of Tally, Oracle Nesuit and advanced skills on MS Excel in recording, collating and reporting (mostly at short notices) data.
- Joining Date – ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, reconciling and
verifying transactions, manage and monitor accounts receivable & payable, bank
accounts reconciliation, month-end reporting, VAT Returns, assist in budgeting &
forecasting, year end statutory audit
- Fully qualified Accountants with either CA, ACCA or similar Accountancy Qualification
and an University Degree. Knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT legislation, working knowledge
in an ERP environment, Ms Excel.
- Pleasing personality.
- Flexible in work timing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

- Real Estate industry: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (Preferred)
