Our client is a research-based biopharmaceutical company headquartered in America.

Sr. Manager (Contractor), SFE and A&I – Middle East & Russia

Essential Duties and Job Functions (not limited to):

Salesforce Effectiveness:

• Defines implements and monitors the productivity indicators used in measuring sales performance and efficiency
• Provides reliable and accurate analyses and reports to influence decision-making on key strategies and recommends ways to optimize sales force utilization and effectiveness based on analytical findings
• Provides ongoing support to field sales; recommends ways to develop a methodology to optimize HCPs coverage
• Evaluates territory level workloads/ situations to make appropriate recommendations, under the umbrella of the co-promotion working model, to strengthen cooperation with local partner teams
• Closely work with local commercial BUDs and commercial operation teams to oversee benchmarking and ensure the competitiveness of incentive/ compensation programs
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate incentive compensation calculations & budget accruals (as needed)
• Support Gilead’s CRM tools with respect to different modules/ functions and roll out to field force teams.

Analytics & Insights:

• Drive Sales & Marketing alignment and efficiency via closely working with Business Unit Head (BUD)
• Provides reliable and accurate analyses and reports to internal customers to support decision-making on key strategies.
• Responsible for developing & maintaining forecast models and identifying the drivers of variance in monthly forecasts and long-range forecasts
• Owns data and reporting needs for an area of concentration and runs monthly and quarterly processing to support Commercial teams.
• Manages ongoing business relationships with data vendors, consultants, and selected partners
• Partner with agencies on different market research agencies & consultants to deliver the reports as per the requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in a global pharmaceutical or biotech industry or in Consulting
• Prior SFE / A&I specialist experience required
• In-depth knowledge of relevant software systems, BI systems (such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), and pharmaceutical data sources (such as IQVIA)
• In-depth knowledge of MS office (especially advanced Excel) is required.
• Russian language knowledge would be desirable
