Committed to excellence, we prioritize customer satisfaction and innovation in delivering premium solutions.They are looking for a receptionist who can manage the front office along with supporting the social media team by posting content on the social media platform, etc.Front Desk Management and Administrative Support:Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.Ensure all documents are accurately filed, organized, and easily retrievable.Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.Social Media support: Content Creation and Posting:Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Schedule and post content in alignment with the company’s social media calendar.Community Management:Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.Provide insights and suggestions based on analytics to improve engagement and reach.
