Our client is a leading group of companies that has acquired a reputation of being a pioneering organization in various sectors, such as Real Estate, Education, Maritime, & Retail industries. They are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their Dubai team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field.
3 years of experience in operations management from bike/bicycle industries.- With strong experience in procuring bikes from different countries, exporting to other countries, local sales, and controlling/overseeing the shop.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for procuring bikes from different countries, exporting to other countries, local sales, and controlling/overseeing the shop.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
