We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join their team to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of their business.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Oversee implementation of technical aspects.
• Build bridges and network with the blockchain community.
• Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions.
• Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each.
• Track, analyse, and monitor technology performance metrics.
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

Skills required:

• You understand Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency Ecosystem and can provide technical expertise to the company.
• Be able to bring together all departments and manage the technical delivery of the platform.
• Knowledge of Blockchain technologies.
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy.
• Understanding of budgets and business planning.
• Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Be solutions-oriented with an emphasis on quality technical delivery.
