Job Description

Excellent Opportunity at NAFFCO- Dubai for the position of
Estimator with experience Fire Doors / Fire Glazing

Must have a strong understanding of architectural plans and Regulation Standards, ANSI,BSI, BHMA, UAE life safety code and be able to analyze project requirements to determine the Doors materials and Ironmongery Required .

Review architectural plans and specifications to identify door and hardware requirements for projects & Preparing Door and Ironmongery Schedule [ Including Masker Keying System ] From architectural Floor plans in accordance with Project Specification Prepare material take-offs and estimate the quantity and cost of materials needed for the project Develop and submit proposals to clients, including detailed cost breakdowns and timelines Collaborate with purchasing and production departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating construction projects involving doors and ironmongery.

Must be locally available in UAE and ready to join immediately Accepting to re-locate to KSA (Any Region) within 6 months from joining.
