Functions:

Sous Chefs oversee food preparation and cooking in establishments like restaurants and hotels, and they help with the hiring and training of new kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. Responsibilities and duties: * Organizing orders and communicating with suppliers. * Generating suggested menu market lists. * Prepare recipes and costing. * Suggest selling prices. * Monitor Photoshoots. * Perform training for FOH (front of house). * Perform training for BOH (back of house). * Improve menu quality. * Suggest and prepare new menus. * Suggest development for existing menus. * Advice in hiring kitchen staff.

Job Qualification

• Should have a higher education Bachelor’s degree or Hospitality background * Should have 3 years’ experience in hotel Industry or F&B Industry * Should have 5 years’ experience in UAE * English speaking is a must, Arabic is a plus * Strong presentation skills, able to explain and communicate concisely and accurately * Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.,) experience is a must
