Senior Event Manager
Job Location : Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Successfully execute the business and operationally expedite the new and existing customer accounts (High Scale Government, local events, exhibitions, pavilions, high end stages, AV shows & International Events).
• Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities along with market share and revenue within all major industries including government and corporate organizations.
• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Be in charge of hiring personnel (waiters etc.)
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
• Approve all aspects before the day of the event
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree.
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in events. Operational and projects management experience gained in the UAE within event management and events recruitment.
