Health and Safety Officer

Our client, a well-established training institute is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Executive, who would be reporting to the GM and will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities and coordination with the clients with regards to the certification services required by them and performance of audits. The key result areas are displayed below.

Responsibilities:

1. Promotion of company’s services and identification of new clients and generate leads.

2. Updates and maintains pre-qualification process in government sector and other big organizations

3. Managing digital marketing activities

4. Preparation of proposal/quotation, preparation of estimation sheet, updating clients’ initial information

5. Maintains contact and follow up clients regarding proposals and answers their queries

6. Keeps close liaison and contact with the clients and ensures their queries are promptly answered

7. Prepares sales and marketing reports and submits to management, as required

8. Planning and coordination with clients and auditors for audit arrangements; Responsible for planning and programming of certification and surveillance audits. Maintains full audit cycle for the clients and prepares 4-months look-ahead audit program. Finalizes audit program with clients by ensuring that the audit program is communicated to the clients well in advance.

9. Coordinates with auditors/trainers for audit assignments, preparation of audit plans and coordination with the clients about the plans.

10. Responsible for training logistics such as arrangement of training venue, travel arrangements of trainer

11. Updates clients’ database whenever new clients are added or status of certification of the current clients’ is changed.

12. Coordinates with the GM for the different meetings and prepares and circulates minutes of the meeting. Performs all other related responsibilities and functions assigned by the GM

Qualification and Skills:

1. Bachelor degree preferable in business

2. Minimum 2- 5 years total work experience, which must include work on sales and marketing, client coordination, job order planning and customer care preferably in a certification body.

3. Experience of digital marketing including social media marketing and SEO

4. Extensive knowledge in sales, market analysis, planning skills including good negotiation skills, understanding of ISO Standards is preferable (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
