Job Purpose:
- Offer services to patients of all ages with medical conditions that need frequent assessments and care plan changes so that they can live active, safe lives
Responsibilities and Requirments:
- Providing in-home medical assistance whenever and to whoever required
- Monitoring patient’s condition and assessing his/her needs to provide the best possible care and treatment as per his/her physician’s advice.
- Responsible for administering medications, helping with feeding or hygiene tasks (dental care, bathing & other self-care needs), monitoring patient vitals and take blood pressure readings
- Observing and interpreting patient’s symptoms and communicating them to his/her therapists, physician and anyone involves in the patient’s care plan
- Assessing changes in medical status of the patient, the physical and emotional needs of the patient and assist with other total nursing care duties
- Recording patient’s condition and to complete patient care documentation and other paperwork
- Making independent clinical decisions when necessary and managing chronic illness
- Providing palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable
- Must hold HAAD license or DHA License
- Must have not less than 5 years of service in the same filed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
