Job Description:
Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
Experience with office management software like Ms office, including office correspondence and memos.
Coordinate with vendors for raw materials enquiry, price negotiation, and material availability. Organizing Purchase Order for local and overseas vendors.
Interact with third-party logistics service providers.
Having an knowledge of export import procedures.
Performing basic filing, copying, typing, data entry, and word processing duties and make travel arrangements for business trips.
Order office stationery and supplies and other equipment.
Screening incoming calls (information) and directs to appropriate personnel, including answering uncomplicated requests for information or contacting appropriate personnel. Relay’s information in an accurate and time efficient manner.
Responsible in preparing Customer / Supplier Orders / Invoices /Packing List / Delivery Notes.
Creates and maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
