Nadia Global Hiring for Head Bartender Job at Dubai Full Time

Our client, a leading brand aimed in the hospitality industry is looking for a Head Bartender.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new bar concepts according to the latest trends and business needs, while maintaining the company’s brand image
• Ensure that the bar is well stocked, bar counters/equipment’s and all related areas are kept as clean and in a good condition as possible
• Maintain the bar’s business aspects, such as maintaining a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, managing budgets, and setting goals
• Monitor and measure the service quality & guests’ satisfaction with regards to the beverages
• Make sure all colleagues are fully trained and tested on the recipes and Bar SOPs, and ensure no untrained colleagues are handling guest request.
• Facilitate the development of innovative and creative ways of serving trendy beverages and cocktails
• Responsible for handling crisis situations in the bar and take the initiative to resolve customer complaints
• Manage the purchasing and receiving processes carried out by assigned personnel
• Develop and implement strategies for loss prevention and risk reduction
• Participate in the alcohol and liquor inventory on a weekly/monthly basis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Head bartender/ Bartender: 2 years (Required)
• Hospitality Industry: 2 years (Required)
