One of the largest Sports facilities requires a Centre Executive to be based in Dubai.
(E) Basic Job Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain a confidential database of potential clients in order to secure teams for large external sports events.
2. Assist in communicating the related information and details to the client in order to complete the application process and confirm timings and teams.
3. Maintain Day Sheet/Google Calendar.
4. Maintain Receipt Books and Settlement of cash to Accounts on daily basis.
5. Maintain Equipment stock, Stationary Stock and First Aid Stock.
6. Reporting of Daily Sales Figures to the Operation Manager.
7. Organise referees and umpires for all Center games as and when needed.
8. Assist with administrative tasks for the Center
9. Create, update and maintain files for all events, keeping total records of all documentation and materials related
10. Source certificates, posters, event pictures, team details etc…
11. Welcome visitors in order to build relationships and develop future business opportunities.
12. Take bookings for usage of the Center facilities and ensure that the courts are prepared and that guests are welcomed.
13. Gather and store all equipment or items left and tidy up the courts in preparation for upcoming use.
14. Coordinate with for IT Support to resolve issues and ensure that scoring software systems are operating correctly.
15. Assist with all activities related to delivering events at the Center including pre-event arrangements, during-event facilitation and post-event wrap up in order to assist the team to deliver world class events.
16. Build a database of teams / individuals who can be contacted when new events / activities are planned.
17. Adhere to and also ensure that all the Umpires hired follow the rules and regulations for officiating as set out in Annexure.
28. Any other tasks that may be assigned to you.

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,300.00 per month
