Overview
To collect, research, investigate and evaluate user requirements. Responsibility for delivering an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design. You will mange the business needs, user needs & technology to help deliver services that drives measurable value for our customers & the business
What’s your role?
- Plan and implement new designs
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Develop technical and business requirements
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Responsible for including appropriate user research activities at each stage of design
- Responsible for providing & communicating actionable findings clearly from user research activities
- Responsible for continuously including customers in the design process
- Responsible for effective facilitation of omnichannel experience design
- Responsible for delivering the appropriate experience design artefacts within schedule
Required Skills
- Must be fluent in Sketch/Figma/XD or similar design software.
- Must be familiar with responsive design best practices, graphic and visual design, interaction design and animation
- Must be familiar with the HTML conversion of designs. (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery)
- Ability to plan, create artifacts for & facilitate user research
- Strong persuasive skills
- Ability to synthesise requirements into design artefacts and articulate design choices
- Stakeholder management skills are a must
- Statistical analysis skills are a welcome bonus
- A high level of customer focus and the ability to synthesise customers’ needs into actionable findings
For The Role
- 3+ years experience in a mid/lead UI/UX role
- At least 1+ years of exposure to digital products with a focus on website designing and mobile apps
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong UI/UX workshop facilitation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
