Full-time/Part-time

Profit Sharing/Commission basis

Looking for a Specialist Pediatric dentist to join our Multi-Specialty Clinic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate should possess relevant working experience in the related position.
• The ideal candidate must be in possession of the required academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or a related academic field with Specialized certifications.
• The Specialist must be having a professional license of DHCC or DHA or Eligibility letter.
• The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years experience as a Pediatric Dentist.
• The applicant should have excellent analytical skills and able to pay attention to any detail.
• The candidate should have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate to relate well with the patients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· The Pediatric Dentist should have an experience and qualification to care for a child’s teeth, gums, and mouth throughout the various stages of childhood.

· Dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teen years.

· Documentation of patient’s medical records, medical report & diagnostic request.

· Handling oral health promotion & oral health problems of patient.

· Prevent, identify and manage trauma, oral disease and other disorder.

· Educate patient and their parents on proper brushing and flossing technique and on dietary choices that improve dental health.

· Obtain an appropriate informed consent before any investigation, treatment, operation or other procedure as defined in policy.

· Explain advantage, contraindication and patient education on use of nitrous gas to patient parent’s or guardian.

· Formulate a comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and /or referral pln for the management of patient.

· Utilize universal infection control guidelines for all clinical procedures.

· Prevent, diagnose and manage pain in dental patient.

· Prevent, diagnose and manage periodontal disease.

· Develop and implement strategies for the clinical assessment and management of carries.

· Manage restorative procedure that preserve tooth structure, replace missing or defective tooth structure, maintain function, esthetic and promote soft & hard tissue health.
