We are looking to hire a Real Estate agent to join our growing team who will do as follows :-
–>Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
–>Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
–>Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
At MTR, real estate agents will be tasked to –:
- Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them the best
- Obtain and maintain exclusive listings of your own
- Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
· Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
