Profile–
Client Acquisition: Developing New Customers at the Origin through Sales leads, references and cold callings.
Procurement: Coordinating with the Shipping Lines and NVOCCs for freight rate filing and procuring space allocations.
Handling various types of containerised and non- containerised cargo on PAN-India basis including dry, reefer, hazardous, and out-gauge project cargo.
End to End: Responsible for End to End delivery.
Customer Retention: Retaining the existing Client base with specific focus on increasing volume share keeping in line with Long term mutual association.
Analysis: Analyse monthly performance against set targets while identifying gaps in service commitment and actual deliverables.
Invoicing: Invoice approval for current shipments while evaluating for any discrepancies before final approval.
Finance: Coordinating with receivables department for ensuring timely realization of payments from the customers
Key skills – Good Communication , MS Office Knowledge.
Experience – 2 to 5 years.
