Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the customers assigned to him.
• Ensure timely collection on due date from customers assigned to him.
• Implement Company credit policy and contribute to the success of Credit Control department.
• Ensure distribution of the statements to all customers within a predetermined time frame and ensure customer’s statements are up to date and attend to customers queries related to the statements and following up the payments.
• Consistent follow up with company execution team to have anu update on work progress in the projects and ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Post daily payments and communicate with customer for any payment discrepancies and ensure to timely address any discrepancy.
• To increase organization cash inflow by ensuring maximum collection from customers.
• To achieve the given Collection Target.
• Ensure proper filing of all the documents and use online documentation to the full capacity.
• Monitor credit limits of customers and ensure it is regularly reviewed and revised.
• Ensure customers master data are updated, including but not limited to: collect updated Trade License, contact details are up to date and all other details.
• Effective communication and monthly reporting on all financial credit control information to the Credit Management.
• Manage the receivable aging report and ensure all issues related to aged amounts are properly communicated, and actions taken to ensure collection from the customer.
• Prepare and submit accounting reports as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance major Accounting.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Credit Control in Medical/Pharmaceutical Company is a must.
• Excellent experience on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in preparing financial reports.
• SAP Experience will be added advantage.
• Problem solving and negotiation skills.
