Motion Trading is a growing retail & distribution company based in Dubai.

Position – Part Time Accountant & Customer Service Executive

As an accountant, your responsibilities are:

• – Management of all invoice related tasks.
• – Petty Cash Management (opening & closing balance daily)
• – Bank Reconciliation
• – Sales & Budget Reports

Sourcing & Customer Service

• Identify customer needs & provide quotation for the required items
• Coordinate with inventory manager and prepare goods for delivery

Logistics

• Capturing shipment details & communicating with agent
• Communicating with shipping agent for collecting & transporting cargo.
• Coordinating Document collection and shipment clearing
• Upon arrival, verifying shipment contents and preparing inventory.

The abovementioned tasks are part of the job workflow proficiency in MS Office and writing Email’s professionally is a minimum requirement.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 50 per week

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,800.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
