? Assess and screen Candidates
? Use Candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy
? Headhunting – Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work;
? Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
? Counselling and coaching candidates for interview
? Help in negotiating offer
? Handhold the candidate pre & post his joining.
? Updating the software with the candidate database.
