The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding,, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.ResponsibilitiesActs as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topicsAdministers employee benefits and leaves.Ensures that the leave plans of all employees are well-organized and recorded.Administers HR documents such as Salary certificates, Salary transfer letters, Employment Certificates, ec.Makes sure that the Visa process of employees is up to date by coordinating with the PRO. Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including construction of Job Descriptions, managing job ads / recruitment, selection process, hiring, and interviewing applicants together with the department heads.Conducts the employee Onboarding and Offboarding process.Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolves any issues that may arise.Able to handle HR platform / system (software) as an Admin.Makes sure that everything is well documented by implementing forms in every employee requests.Assists in the development and implementation of human resource policies.Answers calls from banks/entities for employment verifications.Updates CVs of employees for internal and external purposes.Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Manages some employment-related platforms like pension and HR software.Ensures that HR policies of the company are in compliance with the UAE Labor LawDevelops / implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.QualificationsAssociate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.At least 4 years’ experience in the Human Resource Management field.Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law and employment equity regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software (PDF, etc.)Good time management skills, organizational skills (filing, record-keeping, etc.), and interpersonal skillsEfficient HR administration and people management skills.Excellent record-keeping skills.Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.
