2. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The person who is responsible for leading the relation officers’ team to provide the best-in-class service and to ensure that the customers are choosing MorfinFx to engage in trading. He/She should also support their subordinates in target achieving and monitor them as well.
Client Servicing
Responsible for enabling the team to do closure and thereby make sure that the customers are attending the classes and training for the trading.
Coordinate with the trainer to arrange interactive sessions based on the planning and requirements from the customers.
Responsible for making sure that the client relationship is strong and that results 70% client retention with increase in their investment amount for trading in forex.
Responsible for doing periodic follow up with clients to make sure that the prospects ae attending the training session for investment.
Responsible to ensure that the client is completely satisfied with the platform & services provided for trading by the company.
Responsible to analyze the market movements and updating the clients for the same when communicating with the customers.
Responsible for new client acquisition of trading accounts .
Business Development & Network
Responsible for new client acquisition of trading accounts on the basis of targets assigned by the manager.
Responsible for Meeting monthly targets of Broking and revenues that results the overall business development of the organization.
Responsible for adding new investors for the business development target achievement. Make sure that the target is being achieved within the timeline.
Accountable for the brand reach and image of the company and its services through regular, effective and ensure tie ups with all the trading customers of the organization.
Responsible to ensure the minimum addition of customers are happening every month, finally results for the increase of overall revenue of the organization.
Review and Reporting
Responsible for sending the daily report every day to support the management in taking decisions and action for improving the business and branding
Responsible to conduct whole team meeting and ensure that all the suggestions, decisions and actions are implemented at the right time
