Moove is looking for an experienced networker with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Tech Recruiter, reporting to the Global Head of Recruitment. As a proven result–driven person, the Tech Recruiter will be leading the charge in building a strong tech talent pipeline and also help hire and retain skilled employees for our tech positions.
In this role, you will dig deep into the acquisition of tech talents so as to make the organization more efficient, effective and amazing. If you are tech-savvy, you have some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for filling technical roles, this is the role for you!
We are looking for a Tech Recruiter who will manage the entire cycle of the entire tech recruitment and acquisition projects, tasks and deliverables within our tech team and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a tech recruitment and acquisition expert, and who also has deep knowledge in sourcing for passive and actively seeking tech talents.
Implement the recruitment strategy for the respective business area
Develop and update technical job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github, etc.
Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Keeping data accurate in the ATS
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter in a Fintech scale up
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
Hands-on experience with various interview formats
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
The ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools is advantageous
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn for hiring
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
