FIXED TERM CONTRACT – 16 MONTHS
MAIN PURPOSE
The jobholder will support the Operations Director in the sales analysis, demand forecasting, allocation process and ensure the continuous and adequate supply of goods.
He/she will be a key contact for our internal boutique teams as well as for our wholesale partners for all operations and supply chain topics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail contact
- Main point of contact for stock related requests from all our internal boutiques. Responsible for the follow up of the boutique model stock to support the sales as well as the replenishment of the stock and order management.
Wholesale customer contact
- Supports the wholesale customer’s demands by covering all sales administration activities including placing orders, invoicing, handling claims and issuing credit notes, etc.
- Responsible for addressing the customer enquiries relating to stock, pricing, availability and delivery lead time related to all products and resolve clients’ operations related issues to ensure ongoing support.
Forecast and Planning
- Assist the Operations Director in the products allocation, the forecasting and stock planning process.
- Close collaboration with the logistic department at Richemont as well as Montblanc MEIA team to ensure timely deliveries and goods are promptly received in our system.

Candidate profile:
Education:
- University graduate
Required experience:
- Experience in operations or supply chain field, ideally wholesale – 3-5 years of experience
Technical skills / abilities:
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Language skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, Arabic is a plus
