We are an adrenaline tour company based in Dubai, now looking for a dedicated and experienced Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary at our company, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and intern communications.
Position: Secretary – 1
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
1.Language Spok and French – Advanced
2.Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an office admin or secretary, with a proven track record of success
3.Professional Work Ethics: Demonstrate strong professionalism, integrity and reliability in your work
4.Team Spirit: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
5.Business Communication: Proficiency in English and French is required, both spoken and written
6.Computer Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at a basic to advanced level
Responsibilities:
As a Secretary, your primary responsibilities will include:
1.Communication: Answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries via phone or email, and maintaining professional and courteous communication with clients and colleagues
2.Meeting Management: Scheduling and coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials if required
3.Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks, such as: filing, photocopying, and organizing doents
4.Business Correspondence: Composing business emails, memos, and letters, ensuring accuracy, clarity and professionalism
5.Office Procedures: Implementing a developing office procedures and record systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity
6.Database and Supply Management: Managing database – entry and client files; maintaining accurate and up-to-date records , while maintaining office supplies and ensuring efficiency in the workplace
