This role sits under the direction of the Clients and Markets Office (C&M), within the Sales Support Team, reporting to Operations
In this role you will:
Managing the end-to-end preparation and submission of the Proposal response document.
Co-ordinating and aligning Response team activities on behalf of the Client Account Lead.
Providing a key point of contact and coordination between the Clients & Markets Team and other teams within Monstarlab.
Sourcing Monstarlab background information – up to date process flows, org charts, financials and other relevant materials.
Create and maintain case studies by sourcing and updating case study portfolio and standard customer information across our global markets, ensuring we reference the latest and best of Monstarlab in our bids.
Support Client Account Leads in gaining appropriate approvals in line with Monstarlab Sales Governance processes, through the Operations Leads
Coordinating and facilitating weekly sales board meetings across International Markets
Proofreading proposals for accuracy, consistency and quality.
Supporting local teams with sourcing sales opportunities through industry or government portals and ensuring we are registered on the relevant industry and government frameworks and our company information is up to date.
New client Salesforce set up and approval processes, working with local Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure background checks are completed on new clients before proposal submission.
Salesforce and central talent systems data management, ensuring data across both systems is up to date, accurate and the deals are in line with local/global approval processes.
Supporting core Talent Allocation team with supply and demand alignment and ensuring the accuracy of demand data in Salesforce and central talent management systems
Key areas of responsibility
Own and execute the end-to-end project plan from sales origination until sales closure. This includes proposal management, internal approvals, sales, and sales team development.
Proposal Management
Manage the end-to-end production of the proposal document: ITT, RFI, RFP etc.
Searching industry and Government portals and frameworks for new business opportunities
Capturing, communicating and tracking key outputs and actions from planning and strategy sessions. Schedule and plan internal and client milestones.
Identify dependencies in the timeline and escalate issues impacting the deadline
Prepare, review, secure sign-off and submit materials
Provide day-to-day point of contact for both the Engagement Director and the Response team
Help track and manage the business development budget in line with internal approvals
Provides PMO support including the coordination of internal deal communications and meetings
Supporting Client Account Leads with all necessary internal approvals, in addition to preparing, reviewing, and securing sign-off and submitting materials in a timely manner for internal approvals
Ensure consistent and high quality “look and feel” in proposal deliverables
Coordinate supplier presentation / site visits, liaising between sales team, site team and client coordinator to ensure agenda meets client and Monstarlab’s objectives
Support core talent allocation team with talent management
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Very strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
You should have some financial/commercial acumen
Experience in one or more of the following areas: business development, bid/proposal management, sales negotiations, or commercial pricing
Proficient at assessing complex problems and identifying solutions, for example carrying out detailed analysis of buyer values, competitors and market dynamics
Organised and proficient at planning to achieve challenging timelines
Proficient at working collaboratively with both the internal sales team and client stakeholders
Degree of accountability for assigned tasks, our clients and processes.
